Order Processing Times
Processing Window: Orders are processed within 24 hours.
Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) will ship the next business day.
Friday Cutoff: Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT on Fridays will ship on Monday.
Weekends & Holidays: Carriers do not process or deliver on weekends or public holidays; transit times exclude these days.
We always aim for on-time delivery, but please note that all estimated delivery dates are provided by carriers and may occasionally be affected by unforeseen delays.

We support deliveries to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories via USPS.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Delivery Issues (Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages)
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
Double-check your shipping address, mailbox, and with neighbors.
Allow 24–48 hours for a possible delayed carrier scan.
Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
