Returns

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival to ensure it hasn’t been damaged during shipping.

If you discover any damage, contact us within 30 days of receipt by emailing info@wholemeltextracstofficial.com. Be sure to include your order number, detailed description, and clear photos of the damaged product(s).

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • Only items purchased directly from Whole Melt Extract Official Store are eligible.
    For products purchased from third-party retailers, please contact the vendor directly.


Refunds & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
To qualify:

  • The product must be at least 50% full.

  • Refund requests are only valid for orders placed through our official store.

Send your request to info@wholemeltextracstofficial.com with your order details. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, typically within a few business days, depending on your payment provider.

For exchanges, if you purchased through another verified retailer, we may accommodate your request. The product must be at least 50% full and the reason for exchange clearly stated. Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt.


Multipack Returns

For multipack purchases (e.g., 3-pack or 6-pack):

  • All items must be returned together for a full refund.

  • Only one item may be opened, and it must be at least 50% full.

  • The remaining items must remain sealed and unused.


BOGO Returns

For “Buy One, Get One Free” promotions:

  • Both the purchased item and the free item must be returned for a valid refund.

  • The opened product must be at least 50% full.


Missing Item Policy

  • Notification Period: Report any missing items within 7 days of receiving your order. Reports made after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

  • How to Report: Email info@wholemeltextracstofficial.com with your order number, details of the missing item(s), and a photo of the packing slip showing received items.

  • Verification Process: We’ll review your order and inventory records to confirm the discrepancy.

  • Resolution Options: Depending on the situation, we may:

    • Reship the missing item promptly, or

    • Issue store credit for the missing product.


Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
If your refund is approved, return shipping fees will be deducted from your total refund amount.
